Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and make Kiwee's quality software development services appealing to clients in the international markets.

Please note that this is a remote position with one day biweekly in the Wrocław office to plan and review the marketing activities. Please apply if you are in the same time zone and can travel easily to Wrocław if requested.

In the marketing strategy and execution plans area:

  • Understand and execute the company's annual and quarterly strategies.
  • Contribute ideas to the company marketing execution plan.
  • Media calendar creation.

In the marketing responsibilities area:

  • Be the owner of the blog post creation and publishing process (the experts write the blog posts).
  • Write non-technical blog posts on the company blog.
  • Be the company website product owner (the founders create the vision and the strategy).
  • Prepare and publish short videos on social media based on the company webinars and interviews.
  • Engage the community around company open source projects.
  • Plan and execute the promotion campaign for Technology Radar.
  • Lead the company's LinkedIn and social media accounts like Instagram and Glassdoor.
  • Prepare and promote the webinars.
  • Execute the founders' personal brands' annual and quarterly strategies.
  • Prepare and execute the company's presence at the fairs, conferences, and meet-ups.
  • Connect the dots to make marketing initiatives happen.

In the analytical responsibilities area:

  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data from CRM.
  • Ability to connect the dots: analyse the data from different sources (also from the sales team) and conclude regarding the best marketing techniques.
  • Cooperate with SEO specialists to understand company website SEO and properly align marketing actions.

In the project management responsibilities area:

  • Knowledge of how to manage marketing projects to deliver - synchronise the work of software developers, graphic designers, translators, and third parties to run the marketing actions and campaigns.

OK handYou are an ideal candidate if you have

  • A must: at least two years of experience with B2B marketing in a software house or another tech company that works for European clients.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and buying personas in the software development industry.
  • Fluent (at least B2) in English in speaking and writing.
  • Excellent writing skills and clear, concise, and structured language.
  • Experienced with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • A good understanding of European countries' business culture.

Nice to have:

  • To be proficient with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Alignment with the company's approach to software (open source, data security, and ownership, green websites, accessibility).
  • Experience with B2B marketing on the DACH market.

Salary ranges:

8.000 - 11.000 PLN gross (B2B)

6.650 - 9.150 PLN gross (job contract)
