In your role as an LPN, you'll get to work part-time during the second shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. You’ll collaborate with a compassionate team, maintain safe nurse-resident ratios, and receive support from a strong leadership team. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, documenting residents' care progress, and collaborating with care plan teams to meet each resident's diverse needs.
