Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the HR Director the HR Administrative Assistant is assigned responsibility for providing a wide range of administrative, operational, and organizational services for senior clinic management including the Clinic Executive Assistant, Director of Clinic Operations, and for the physician staff. The diverse nature of work requires independent judgment and discretion, ongoing interaction with providers, clinic staff, and co-workers. The coordinator requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret and enforce clinic policy.
Note: This is a full-time, temporary role expected to last for one year.
