About the Role:

Reporting to: Director of Implementation

As a Project Manager at AssistIQ, you will play a critical role in successfully delivering our AI-driven software solution to our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer delivery projects to ensure successful, seamless adoption of our product by our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery. You will be responsible for creating and executing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that project milestones are met. You will participate in customer facing meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and deliverables are clearly communicated.

We are looking for a Project Manager with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, who excels in time management, adaptability, and fostering positive team dynamics in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills across seniority levels and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Manage end-to-end projects for the implementation of our software solution, ensuring on time and on budget delivery to healthcare providers.
  • Create and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, dependencies, deliverables, risks and timelines.
  • Track, classify, manage, escalate and mitigate project issues and risks proactively.
  • Lead & facilitate collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Implementation and Customer Delivery to ensure alignment and monitor project progress.
  • Collaborate with external customer project teams to ensure project schedules, issues and risks are communicated, tracked and escalated as needed.
  • Provide project status updates & scope changes at internal and external operating and executive levels.
  • Update & share comprehensive documentation throughout the project.
  • Manage project budgets and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations and measure project success against predefined KPIs and objectives.
  • Conduct project closing ceremonies with clear handoff to steady state teams, conduct lessons learned sessions and ensure all artifacts are complete.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
  • 3+ years experience managing software projects
  • Proficiency with a project management framework in a software development environment
  • Proficiency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Linear, Monday.com)
  • Proficiency in managing a project repository including artifacts, risk registries, etc
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated time management and adaptability while handling multiple projects
  • Experience preparing and presenting project updates to both project teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects in an Agile environment and within the full SDLC
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute an asset
  • Experience with enterprise customer implementation projects or professional services project  an asset
  • Experience in the life science, healthcare or technology industry an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • French oral and written communication skills 
  • You are legally entitled to work in Canada
  • You are legally entitled to travel to the US for business meetings
