Program Manager

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate cross-functional efforts related to data platform initiatives, trust and safety, and security updates. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, stakeholder management, and program documentation to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating security updates and reporting progress on internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with data platform teams (DataPlat) to document progress, define next steps, and secure necessary contract support.
- Support trust and safety efforts by liaising with T3/T4 teams to resolve issues, implement changes, and ensure proper communication.
- Manage communications and updates across multiple teams, including Marketplace Trust & Safety and Security PMO, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Provide program management follow-up, including scheduling, coordinating discussions, and addressing outstanding action items.
- Work to resolve technical issues and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain communications strategies for internal resources and external notifications related to critical projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong program and project management experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Application security domain knowledge
- Proficiency in coordinating follow-ups, documenting progress, and driving action items to completion.
- Familiarity with trust and safety processes, including issue resolution and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong experience with SQL
