Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, the People Coordinator will be the face of Attentive for all new hires and a pivotal member of the People team.



Why Attentive needs you
  • We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and coordination skills to be our People Coordinator, ensuring that day-to-day operations of the team are running smoothly, on time, and accurately. This position will onboard all employees, respond to general employee HR inquiries, and ensure the compliance of employee data and employee files. The individual in this role will look to optimize, streamline, and automate processes where possible. Respond to general employee People team inquiries within the People Service Desk in a timely and customer service-oriented fashion. Escalate inquiries as necessary.
  • Enter and monitor employee data in the company HRIS.
  • Serve as the point person on all employment verifications.
  • Maintain all employee files ensuring adherence to record retention rules and regulations.
  • Assist elsewhere in the People Team, such as offboarding and team process improvement, as needed.


About You
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) and growing interest in HR 
  • Proactive and detail oriented
  • Highly collaborative, contributing to and helping to create an exceptional experience for the team and employees
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably interface at all levels of a business
  • Strong organizational skills; excel at multitasking and prioritizing
  • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-65,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
