About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ticket Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring seller compliance, ensuring smooth operations of sales transactions, and identifying and addressing issues related to pending unfilled sales, manually listed purchase orders, and other compliance-related tasks. Reporting to the Chief Consignment Officer, this role requires a high level of accuracy and a strong ability to work with multiple internal tools, including Monday.com.


Responsibilities
  • Pending Unfilled Sales Compliance: Review and monitor pending unfilled sales from prior days to ensure seller compliance with company policies. Address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Daily PO Listings Review: Perform a daily review of new purchase order (PO) listings, specifically focusing on manually listed customers to ensure proper adherence to procedures and guidelines.
  • Onboarding Queue Management: Review the onboarding queue daily to identify and address seller accounts requiring intervention. Ensure proper verification and compliance during the onboarding process.
  • Seller Dashboard Review: Conduct a weekly review of seller dashboards to ensure ongoing compliance and identify any potential issues that need attention.
  • Bad Seller Monitoring: Perform a weekly review of sellers flagged as problematic or non-compliant on the Mondy.com board. Take corrective actions where necessary and escalate issues to senior management.
  • Canceled Sales Board Review: Monitor the canceled sales board on Mondy.com weekly to identify patterns of cancellations, investigate potential reasons, and address any compliance concerns.


Core Qualifications
  • Previous experience in compliance, customer support, or similar roles, preferably within an e-commerce or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify compliance issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Mondy.com or similar internal tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and sellers effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales processes, order management systems, or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when resolving seller compliance issues.


$55,000 - $60,000 a year
This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
