What we can offer you! - Your Role:

In this exciting and diverse role of high impact, we are hiring an energized, tenacious, and highly driven Technical Sales Specialist / Representative - Turkiye / Greece / Georgia to join our Avery Dennison Label Packaging Materials business (label.averydennison.com) home based with access to our location in Samandira-Istanbul with a direct reporting line to our Country Sales Manager.

Your Mission:

• Daily, and as an integral part of our European technical sales team, you will drive world-class technical advisory and develop new opportunities by increasing and exceeding customer excellence and experience.
• By traveling up to 60% of your time within Turkiye, Greece, and Georgia, you will be the first point of contact for technical support and advice to our customers (converters, printing houses, etc.) and suppliers in the printing and converting industry, regarding applications, conversion, and installations.
• As a reliable business partner to your customers and suppliers, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve our customers' issues regarding printing, adhesives, conversion, or label application.
• You will also improve added customer value by demonstrating our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy and relationships.
• But it is not only technical consultancy and solution selling; you will also show all (technical) advantages of our new products, applications, and technical developments to your community, be it through application workshops at our distributor sites or by step-by-step (virtual) training followed by a certification process.
• Thus, opting for our exciting role in our aspiring European technical sales team means going all out for an exciting and multi-faceted opportunity, offering new insights each day within the self-adhesive labeling industry of tomorrow.

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

• University Degree with focus on printing technologies or production processes, or a related field is welcome
• Previous 3-5 years experience in technical support, research & development, quality assurance, production, or technical sales position, ideally within the printing and labeling industry
• Passion for customer excellence as well as, ideally, knowledge of the latest printing / packaging / labeling technologies and familiarity with self-adhesive materials for the label industry, printing technologies and/or labeling solutions
• Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory and Turkish 
• Creativity, excitement, and innovation, entrepreneurial spirit for growing intelligent sustainability to set your career at Avery Dennison
• Valid driving license
