HR Specialist

An HR Specialist ensures efficient HR operations by managing metrics reporting, coordinating compensation and benefits, supporting recruitment, and enhancing policies and processes. They foster employee engagement, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

🎯 Your Mission:

  • HR Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive HR reports, including metrics and KPIs, on a monthly basis to aid in informed decision-making.
  • Reward System Management: Oversee the company’s reward programs by developing results-driven insights and presentations for internal initiatives.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update information in the internal budget and reporting tool (Cognous).
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly concerning staff costs.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and managing related processes.
  • Internal Communication and Branding: Collaborate on internal communication strategies and employer branding efforts to enhance workplace culture and reputation.
  • Policy and Process Enhancement: Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of employment policies, processes, and practices in Compensation & Benefits area recommending enhancements as needed.
  • HR Projects: Actively participate in various internal HR projects and tasks, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in human resources management.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems 
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
