Position Overview:  The Demand Growth Squad plays a critical role in the company, serving as the intersection between supply and demand. This team is composed of five sub-teams: Pricing, Potential Resident, Leasing Advisor, Move-Ins, and Tours. As the main point of contact for prospective residents, the team expertly fields calls, answers inquiries, schedules and hosts tours, and provides clear information about our homes and qualification criteria throughout the entire leasing journey until move in. Additionally, the team maintains strong relationships with homeowners during the Active Listing period, offering proactive updates through routine reviews and timely reminders.


As a proactive and collaborative problem solver with a passion for strategic decision-making, you are ready to step into a pivotal leadership role as the Operations Manager of the Demand Growth Squad. In this role, you will oversee a globally distributed team, drive key performance metrics, and lead product and process improvements. Your structured approach will ensure the best experience for both homeowners and residents, optimizing operational efficiency and achieving our primary goalā€”getting homes leased, or as we call it, "loved."




Responsibilities: 

Team Management: Oversee and train a multi-location team, ensuring they have the right processes in place and effectively complete their work. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Operational Efficiency: Meticulous attention to detail plays a crucial role in strategically identifying and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency throughout the leasing process.

Data-Driven Opportunities: Utilize data to uncover opportunities for process improvements and operational enhancements. Monitor key performance metrics to spot trends and drive informed decision-making.

Zero to One: Collaborate cross-functionally on innovative Zero to One projects to enhance service delivery and achieve growth targets.

Product Mindset: Work closely with the product team, providing insights on the homeowner experience to enhance the app and optimize automated communications.



Qualifications:

- Reside in Miami, or open to relocation to Miami 

- At least 3 years of experience in Operations at a high-growth start-up.

- Structured, problem-oriented, and able to thrive in ambiguity.

- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Nice to have: Bachelorā€™s degree from a top-tier US university , Fluency in Spanish and Experience managing people and building processes from the ground up.
