We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist - Logistics to join our team as soon as possible. The position is initially temporary but can be turned into a permanent employment contract. 

• Have you already gained some experience in customer support?
• Are you passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and would you like to develop yourself in their environment?
• Are you keen on communication and multitasking and have you already gained some experience in customer service?

This is how you make a difference: 

• You ensure exclusive customer service and are the first contact person for our customers. 
• You will receive customers and customs control staff at the Veghel site.
• As the connection between the warehouse and customers, you ensure smooth communication and drive forward logistical adjustments. 
• In the area of import and export, you will support the processing of customs documents and other simple administrative tasks.
