Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for campaign execution.
- Build and nurture an active and engaged online and offline community.
- Develop strategies to increase user participation and brand loyalty.
- Moderate community discussions, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer engagement.
- Organize and host events (both virtual and in-person) to strengthen community connections.
- Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content to enhance engagement.
- Track and analyze social media/community metrics and report on key insights.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
- Develop programs to encourage community members to become brand ambassadors.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand the brand’s reach.
- Identify issues and opportunities through in-depth data analysis and present relevant findings to facilitate business decisions and campaign design.
- 3-5 years’ experience in (digital) marketing with experience in campaign management & content journey development.
- Excellent understanding of digital communication, social media management, and event planning skills.
- Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn), CRM tools, and analytics.
- Completed university degree in the field of marketing / communication science / business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills required. Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proven to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of strong project management and critical thinking.
- Proactive attitude, willing to go above and beyond, highly adaptable to changes.
