Social Media Manager - PubG Ecosystem

Location: Remote / On-site (depending on project needs)
Reports To: Head of Marketing and Social

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media strategies that engage and grow our online esports community. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of esports culture, exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of managing dynamic social media platforms and a deep knowledge of PUBG.

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for esports and gaming content is highly desirable
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Happy to travel to multiple events worldwide

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the PUBG audience
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement

Content Creation and Curation:

• Create engaging and on-brand multimedia content (graphics, videos, memes, and more) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube
• Work closely with our junior designer, broadcast and content teams to produce high-quality content

Community Engagement:

• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Foster a positive and inclusive online environment while addressing community feedback

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, team activities, sponsorships, and commercial partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand goals

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and inform future strategies
• Provide regular performance reports to internal and external teams and suggest actionable insights for improvement

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with marketing, content, broadcast and commercial partnerships teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels
• Adapting content strategy and tone of voice in conjunction with the publisher to drive engagement and
