Mrs. Alice by Alice Naylor-Leyland is redefining how you  shop  tablescapes, tableware and homeware. The brand launched over Christmas 2019 and has been growing rapidly ever since. Creating monthly seasonal drops, Mrs. Alice is  inspiring customers all over the World to dress their homes beautifully.

About the role

Mrs. Alice is a global brand, but we feel we’ve barely scratched the surface in how we reach our customers and make new ones. This brand assistant role will be supporting the Senior Brand Manager and Alice, founder of Mrs. Alice, to grow our brand particularly in the USA market. It’s the first time we’ve hired this role, and we feel excited by the opportunity to see what we can achieve. 

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Anything and everything that’s related to growing the brand! We want you across it all, enabling us to make the most of the opportunities we have.  
• Events - helping us to manage  any events that we host or take part in from running guest lists, booking venues, inviting press. 
• Gifting - supporting with the sending out of gifts to our lovely ambassadors 
• Tours - helping to organise all our tours throughout the year, where we pop-up to who we meet and booking everything on tour, predominantly in the US.
• Photoshoots - the planning and booking of every last detail from prop sourcing, to location finding, to booking flights and hotels for the studio team
• Collaborations - enabling us to be a brilliant partner to our design partners and collaborators, ensuring we’re great to work with when we decide to team up - this year we’re already working on an exciting collaboration with Ruggable, Kings Trust and a few other exciting ones up our sleeves.

• This is a part-time role to start with, 3 days a week based in our central London office

• FT salary is £25-30k, pro-rata £15-18k for 3 days a week (this will increase to 5 days later in the year by Q4)
