MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for Intern, North America Marketing. Based in the New York Office and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, this person will work closely with the team to support and execute marketing initiatives within the Sephora and MAKE UP FOR EVER Boutiques environment as well as product marketing initiatives for the Americas market. This internship will give you an understanding of the dynamic Americas color cosmetics market landscape, how to market to consumers in-store & online, and a behind- the- scenes exposure to the product development process from a local marketing perspective.

What You'll Do: 

• Work closely with Marketing department to fulfill retailer needs including, comp requests, assortment files, and asset forms.  
• Manage Marketing inventory by logging received lab samples, ordering core products for replenishment, keeping inventory organized, and maintaining the inventory tracker.
• Maintain outgoing package tracker with key information including dates, tracking, and costs.
• Capture weekly digital and in-store Sephora exposures for our brand and competitors.
• Help maintain and develop master documents such as marketing calendars, pricing trackers, and roadmaps andexposure trackers.
• Monitor, summarize and provide insights on new competitive launches ranging from formula, pricing, packaging, key claims and benefits, etc. 
• Purchase competitive products as needed. 
• Help teams prepare for major retailer and internal meetings including updating presentations, printing materials, managing catering, product set-up and mailings. 
• Analyze sales data to recommend shade assortments, track launch performance, future forecast analysis, etc.  
• Assist in ongoing administrative tasks like coding invoices, budget tracking, organizing lab samples, shipping product comps to retailers, samples orders for boutiques, ordering shipping materials, etc.
• Manage the product closet, facilitate mailings, and distribute samples. 
• Assist team in submitting and tracking progress of creative briefs. 
• Participate and film content for our owned social channels (US TikTok and Global Channels) and any potential PDP needs.
• Engaging with posts by commenting on videos, to help build TikTok visibility.
• Identify what competitors are doing on social and building storyboards/ideas for how we can participate.
• Assist Communications team with editing of videos from filming sessions.

Who You Are: 

• Current rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. 
• Detail oriented, adaptable, and professional with a strong passion for beauty industry 
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills  
• Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint 
• Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks alone 
• Previous beauty experience is a plus 
• Ability to work in NYC Corporate Office 2 days per week
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
