We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media (Meta, YouTube), search and display (Google Ads), e-commerce (Amazon), DTC channels, and other digital environments. This role focuses on creating a cohesive 360° paid media strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and measurable ROI.
Position Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy
- Design and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, Google Ads, Amazon, DTC platforms, and emerging channels.
- Align campaigns with broader marketing objectives, 360° campaign themes, and brand positioning.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including ad creation, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-specific ad creatives, copy, and assets.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to meet KPIs such as CTR, ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
Platform-Specific Expertise
- Meta: Design and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns, leveraging advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
- YouTube: Develop video ad strategies for brand awareness and conversion, focusing on metrics like video completion rates.
- Google Ads: Execute search, display, and shopping campaigns with a focus on driving traffic and revenue. Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance.
- Amazon: Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns to enhance product visibility and increase sales.
- DTC Platforms: Launch and manage performance-driven campaigns across search engines, display networks, and other channels.
Analytics and Optimization
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, etc.) to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Forecast campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends in paid media.
- Identify new opportunities for paid media innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Ads (search, display, and shopping), and Amazon Advertising.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for working with creative and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and iterative campaign optimization.
Salary Range: $110-145k
