Robert Bosch Kft. has been established in 1991 in Budapest as part of the Bosch Group. Currently more than 4500+ colleagues are working here together, most of them within the Engineering Center Budapest. Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
Core Responsibilities:
▪ Drives the BU Online Touchpoint Strategy and roadmap, ensuring appropriate adoption and implementation
▪ Leads Bosch Online Touchpoints Team to translate and implement Bosch brand strategy on all online touchpoints worldwide
▪ Overall responsibility for a full-funnel online engagement strategy
▪ Ensures consistent implementation of online touchpoints in regions and achievement of Business Unit and Marketing KPIs
Tasks:
▪ Provides online trend related input to long-term brand strategy to achieve preferred choice for Professional and Private users
▪ Leads team which details out and implements brand strategy across all Ps and online touchpoints worldwide
▪ Ensures touchpoint management is based on user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behaviour
▪ Ensures touchpoint implementations achieve Business Unit and Marketing KPIs, incl. Brand health and development of corrective actions
▪ Represent BU in cross-BU online touchpoint related projects
Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).
- Experience: Experience in working in complex organisation and international stakeholders. Deep knowledge of online Marketing incl. Brand, Marketing Strategy and Concepts, User Journey, and marketing effectiveness with more than 5 years of Experience in D2C business. At least 2-3 years leadership experience.
- Personality: You have strong leadership communication and presentation skills. You have result oriented mindset. Strategical thinking with the ability to conceptualize. High openness, willingness to learn.
- Working practice: Analytical skill to analyze and derive Data & research driven decisions
Understanding of Sales & Distribution channels in Power Tools and Garden Industry. Willingness to travel.
- Languages: You have fluent English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
