The Logistics Transport Department (MA/LOT-EMEA) Implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, transport damage management and other transport related processes.

►1st level support for transport topics
►Handling of Track & Trace requests
►Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands
►Handling of transport damage claims
►Organization of return deliveries
►Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance

►General understanding and interest on logistics processes
►Experiences in communication with logistics service provider
►High customer orientation and flexibility
►Very good German skills are mandatory
►English skills are highly appreciated
