Robert Bosch LLC seeks Sr. Verification and Validation Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 Haggerty Road, Plymouth, MI 48170. To proactively drive the identification of verification and validation (V&V) needs and connects with stakeholders like other developers, product owners, and other project members. To proactively drive the derivation of an overall test strategy for the team. To ensure that the test strategy is correctly understood and lived by the team. Support in work package planning and requirements engineering from V&V perspective. Support integration and testing of the team’s solutions on (sub-)system level both in simulation and in the vehicle. Proactively drive the development and application of simulation methods and tools. Proactively drive the development and application of V&V approaches like exploratory testing, automated (parameter) testing, search-based testing, etc. Identify quality gaps and supports the team in closing them. Support the planning and coordination of validation activities from data acquisition and ground truth generation till automated KPI evaluation. Work in an international environment, collaborate closely with internal and external development teams. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Information Systems Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Verification Engineer, Validation Engineer or occupation involving software design/ development, software/ system integration, and software/ system testing. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) C++; (2) ADAS or AD sensors and functions; (3) Automotive system and software engineering processes (ASPICE); (4) Integration, testing and validation of automotive software; and (5) Functional safety standards (ISO26262 or SOTIF).
