At Botpress, we empower organizations by integrating autonomous agents into their core business functions. Our dedicated team, consisting of top-tier developers, engineers, and business strategists, is driving our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to become the standard solution for multi-agent systems, serving enterprises, governments, and educational institutions of various scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on hiring strategies.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring smooth, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Track key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize the hiring process for efficiency and quality.
  • Promote and strengthen Botpress’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for AI, technology, and high-growth startups
