Your Mission 💪

As an integral part of the Internal Project Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our internal projects by providing administrative support by assisting in plan creation and the upkeep and creation of RAID and RAG project reports. As a project team, we are committed to ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by coordinating tasks, resources and communication amongst team members. Your role will be key in the delivery of these projects, so we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and an ability to coordinate a multitude of projects at any given time.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
Ensure project deadlines are met by monitoring project progress and addressing potential delays escalating where necessary
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Act as the point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
Schedule and attend project meetings, and document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Be actively involved in identifying and assessing potential project risks and issues.

What experience we think you’ll need 🚀

Graduate, or 1-2 yrs experience proven experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of Prince 2 and Agile project management methodology
Ability to multitask effectively, well organised with a problem-solving attitude
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and develop skills within the Project Team
Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
