At Bumble, connection is everything — whether it’s helping a candidate feel seen during the interview process, creating meaningful moments for our team, or building a space where people feel excited to come to work. We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator & Office Manager to join our Austin office. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead on-the-ground recruiting coordination across the US and help create a smooth, energized, and well-run office environment. You’ll be a vital connector between Talent, Workplace Experience, and our wider teams — and the face of the Bumble experience for candidates, visitors, and employees alike.
Recruitment Coordination- Lead scheduling for interviews across Austin and New York, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a seamless process.
- Own logistics for in-person interviewing in Austin, and act as the lead coordinator for hiring day events and onsite candidate experiences in both Austin and NYC.
- Manage offer panel coordination, employment offer generation, and pre-hire processing in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
- Serve as a key connector during in-office onboarding — working with Workplace Experience, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to ensure new hires have a smooth Day 1.
- Conduct I-9 verifications and provide real-time support to new joiners during onboarding.
- Support inbound sourcing: review high-volume inbound applicants, triage top-of-funnel pipelines, and help recruiters prioritize outreach.
- Provide calendar support and administrative help to the TA team and maintain up-to-date tracking of interview activity and feedback.
- Champion the candidate experience at every stage — warm, prompt, and clear communication is your standard.
Office Management- Be the anchor of the Austin office — owning the space with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and care.
- Partner with the Workplace Experience Senior Manager to drive a strong, consistent office rhythm — ensuring everything from supplies to space usage to visitor logistics is well run
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve how the office functions — whether that’s rethinking how we set up team lunches or spotting process gaps before they cause friction.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supply stock, and food/beverage setup for meetings, team events, and daily needs.
- Support on-the-ground logistics for executive visits, company-wide meetings, and culture-building activities.
- Own and distribute all incoming mail and create efficiencies where appropriate

You understand what it takes to run an office that supports both in-person and distributed teams, and you’re skilled at creating smooth, people-first experiences—whether that means coordinating meeting space, onboarding a new hire, or troubleshooting facilities issues in real time.
- You’re also highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience supporting recruiting coordination in fast-moving environments. You’re comfortable juggling interview schedules, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing logistics with precision and care.
- 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, office management, or HR support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with scheduling tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), and Google
- Workspace Experience managing vendors, supplies, and office logistics
