Human Resources (HR) Intern - Talent Acquisition (TA)
This is a full-time, non-exempt position working in San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team, including recruitment and candidate outreach!
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR documentation and knowledge base articles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of HR services, such as recruitment and employee relations.
- Foundational knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills, with a strong attention to detail and time management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
