Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing HR processes and drive standardization across regions
• Develop change management strategies and conduct training for new HR tools

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, project management, or HRIS implementation
• Proven project management skills with Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
