Senior Recruiter - Marketing (Contractor)

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be supporting our hiring efforts across the Marketing function to attract, hire and onboard the best talent. You will also support Revenue and some corporate roles. Sourcing the right talent for us globally is at the heart of our transformation journey. Additionally, you will be a natural storyteller using data and insights to support effective communication with your senior stakeholders. This role will require a strong focus on individual recruiting metrics and collaborating with other managers and stakeholders will be critical for success in this role.

In addition to managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Total Reward, and People Operations to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and business needs. This is a highly impactful role where you will drive results in a rapidly changing environment.

This is a contractor role until the end of the year.

• Work in partnership with Marketing to provide deep hiring and marketing intelligence through external networks and connections.
• Prioritize and manage a diverse range of positions by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to TA-wide initiatives, employing multi-sequence thinking to anticipate potential outcomes and proactively plan for contingencies.
• Leverage data and insights to craft communication that effectively details talent acquisition strategies, successes, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Establish and track individual recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, measure progress, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Apply multi-sequence thinking to broader business objectives and the longer-term strategy to drive successful hiring. 
• Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, People Ops, and senior business leaders to understand hiring priorities and deliver on recruitment goals.

• Demonstrable deep SME knowledge and best practices in Marketing.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-evolving environment. Adapt and deliver solutions to overcome challenges and meet recruitment goals, even amidst change.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results.
• Utilize market intelligence and talent insights to inform sourcing strategies and identify the best candidates in the marketplace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to employ multi-sequence thinking to navigate complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating data and insights into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure recruiting metrics and project outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and building relationships at various organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
