Elegran is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition - Recruitment Sourcer, specific to Passive Candidate Outreach, with a passion for matching people to careers to work closely with our Director of People Operations to drive its recruiting activities to support our growth trajectory. This role requires exceptional phone and sales skills, the desire to make cold calls, and the ability to articulate Elegran's unique value add to NYC real estate agents.


Primary responsibilities:
  • Reach out to warm and cold leads; screen candidates for introduction to the Director of People Operations
  • Approach, engage, and recruit experienced agents demonstrating how Elegran’s value add can take their business to the next level
  • Review and impact recruiting pitch and collateral
  • Run recruiting social media
  • Gather competitive intelligence on competing firms to better understand our competitors and our value proposition
  • Script recruiting pitches and help develop sourcing tools for engagement and follow-up 
  • Target and source successful agents at specific firms that would fit the Elegran culture
  • Nurture relationships with potential recruits 
  • Schedule interviews and follow-up meetings
  • Implement recruiting strategies and meet/exceed call quotas


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years, preferably in recruiting
  • Experience with CRM/ATS (eg. Salesforce, Lever)


$50,000 - $60,000 a year
Salary Range: $50,000-60,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives.
