🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover for maternity leave. This role focuses on technical hiring in Israel and Portugal, with the potential for a full-time role in the future. Global experience is a plus.  The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on thinking outside the box, has a proactive and "can-do" attitude, and deeply understands the dynamic nature of recruitment in a fast-paced organization. This role focuses on technical hiring and requires prior experience in recruiting top technical talent.

🎯 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

1. Technical Hiring:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions in Israel and Portugal.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
3. Interview Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
4. Collaboration:
• Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
• Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to share best practices and leverage resources.
5. Market Insights:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting in Israel; global experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Creative with  a “Can do” approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
