As you start your career in sales, you thrive on taking initiative and have a hunter mentality when it comes to uncovering opportunities. Partnering closely with our Account Executives, Growth team, and fellow BDRs, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You'll have an amazing opportunity to kick-off your sales career in a growing tech company and receive mentorship from seasoned sales professionals.


📊 What You'll Be Doing
  • 🔍 Strategic Prospecting: Leverage tools and tech to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists.
  • 🔔 Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively engage prospects through strategic outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach. 
  • 🔎  Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and book meetings for our Account Executives.
  • 💡 Pipeline Growth: Nurture and engage with key accounts through relevant social media channels.
  • 📂 CRM Management: Track all activities, maintain detailed notes, and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • 🌍 Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Cardata’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
  • A growth mindset and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for cold calling and driving results.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


👍 Nice to Have
  • Experience in sales, particularly SaaS or tech sales.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data-driven selling.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Zoominfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
