We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Data Analyst to support the Asset Management team by providing complex analytical, due diligence, modeling, and integration support for project reviews and platform integration across the commercial and industrial solar and battery storage market segment.

You Will: - Develop the tools and processes to assess and verify financial models. Track and analyze costs and revenues to ensure alignment with expected project returns, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions, and support strategic decision-making
- Utilize Power BI & SQL to design and manage complex data models, create interactive dashboards, and transform raw data into actionable insights. Ensure data integrity through effective ETL processes, automate reporting workflows, and implement governance standards to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Support the development of a complex data pipeline and ensure its scalability.
- Document and maintain the technical architecture of the reporting platform, including data sources, integration workflows, and system dependencies.
- Prepare clear and concise communications for Asset Managers and senior leadership, highlighting key variances in financial performance. Present insights with supporting data, providing actionable recommendations to address discrepancies and optimize outcomes
- Design, develop, and verify accurate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure consistency, reliability, and clarity in all deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Asset Management, Finance, and Development teams to ensure modeling, valuations, and expectations with technology platforms to support long-term goals
- Participate in various phases of the project life cycle to understand the strategic objectives of Catalyze, help develop valuation and integration criteria, identify development and operational synergies, and determine and populate key performance indicators
- Proficiently utilize Salesforce, SQL Databases, Power BI, NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets, Smartsheet.
- Comfortably manage multiple competing priorities on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Input, review, and maintain data in software platforms/custom tools and work with internal and external terms to ensure efficacy.
- Create procedures to assist Catalyze meet all contract compliance requirements
- Provide ad-hoc support and analyses to meet the needs of various stakeholders, delivering accurate insights and solutions to address dynamic business requirements
- Interface with vendors, market entities, and support third-party transactions.
You Bring to the Team: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Engineering , Data Science or related field
- 1 + years of similar work experience; 1+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and automating workflows using macros/VBA.
- Hands on experience running large data sets in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization, specifically using APIs/Databases and data analytics libraries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to organize and present ideas in a concise, credible, and professional manner to various stakeholder groups
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
