Center is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Center’s brand awareness and pipeline. This role will develop and execute content marketing initiatives that fuel the entire customer journey—from awareness to conversion, retention, and expansion. You will play a key role in shaping our thought leadership, optimizing our content strategy, and driving measurable engagement across channels.


Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, you will manage the content marketing calendar, establish a strategic content cadence, and support content needs across revenue marketing, customer marketing, sales and business development. You will own the content management system for web and will also play a pivotal role in tracking content performance, refining SEO strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across web, email, and paid channels. You'll be a key stakeholder in campaign performance and optimization while also serving as the marketing point of contact for product data collection that fuels insights-driven storytelling.


You Will Have the Opportunity To:
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Lead core asset concepting and execution across multiple formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, data sheets, guides, infographics).
  • Develop and execute content campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft compelling thought leadership content.
  • Leverage product and customer data to create data-driven storytelling assets that enhance credibility and market positioning.

  • Revenue Marketing Support:
  • Develop event materials and collateral to support field and virtual events.
  • Create and optimize content for paid marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing to create content for email nurture campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals.

  • Web Content Management & SEO:
  • Manage website content updates, consistency, and new page builds within WordPress.
  • Oversee blog strategy and execution, ensuring content aligns with industry trends and business goals.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy, optimizing website structure, content, and metadata to improve search rankings.
  • Analyze and report on website traffic and key content performance metrics, using insights to refine the content strategy.


What You Will Bring to the Role:
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking, using data to inform storytelling and content strategies.
  • Experience developing content for multiple marketing channels, including web, social, paid, and email.
  • SEO expertise, with a track record of driving organic traffic through strategic content optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and translate complex topics into engaging, high-impact content.
  • Comfortable with a high level of ambiguity and complexity and a bias for action.
  • Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and strong attention to detail
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with marketing, sales, CX, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in web content management (WordPress), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), CRM platforms (Salesforce), enablement platforms (Mindtickle).
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.


$125,000 - $155,000 a year
We offer an excellent compensation package for all Center employees. This includes competitive salary, generous paid time off, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) participation.
 
The Sr. Manager, Content Marketing pay transparency range is $125,000 - $155,000 annually + equity. In addition, Center offers a Self-Managed PTO plan, 9 Paid Holiday’s, Paid Parental Leave, Commuter Stipend, and health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Base Life, AD&D, FSA, Commuter and 401(k).
