We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Service Desk Technician to join us at a Client Site based in south-east Melbourne. We are open to discussing both fixed-term and ongoing opportunities to suit your preference.
As a Service Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
