Summary
The Associate Delivery Lead acts as a bridge between an IT Project Coordinator and IT Project Manager, responsible for driving the delivery of IT solutions to stakeholders. They play a key role in coordinating global IT resources and ensuring consistent adherence to the appropriate methodologies, in collaboration with the Global Delivery Practice.
This role focuses on developing plans, driving team performance, and holding accountability for achieving set objectives. The Associate Delivery Lead also promotes continuous improvement by fostering close engagement between the team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project status, and facilitating a collaborative approach to overcoming obstacles.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for taking meeting minutes, maintaining documentation (Jira), maintaining the Confluence page, provides status updates to stakeholders, coordinates scheduling meetings, and holds the team accountable to outlined timelines.
- Drives the organization for various projects and understands the meaning behind what we're trying to accomplish.
- Participates in daily Scrum/Agile meetings.
- Ensures a common understanding of scope, timelines and budget, as well as risks & dependencies to the planned delivery, across IT and Business stakeholders by practicing clear, transparent & regular communication of latest position, including representing the Delivery Team at governance forums as required.
- Working in collaboration with their team and respective line management, the Project Coordinator implements systems that facilitate reflective practices and use feedback loops to identify areas for improvement at a team and individual level.
Required Experience:- 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, or in a related role.
- Proven ability to track and maintain JIRA for transparent progress reporting and ensuring team compliance with organizational delivery standards.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including the transition of functional software into production.
- Ability to influence and implement changes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Desired Experience: - Experience working in a wholesale and manufacturing environment, ideally within the electrical products industry, but not required.
- Certification in Agile or Project Management methodologies from a recognized organization.
Location/Travel:- This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work in our Marshfield, MA office at least once a week. At this time, we are only considering candidates who are local to MA and RI.
- Will require travel to UK Offices (Durham) and US Offices (Dallas) with some other international travel required from time to time. Approximately 5% -10% international annually.

- 30-minute MS Teams video interview with our Delivery Practice Lead.
