Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Virtual Relationship Executive to join our team. This role focuses on tele-sales of loans and financial services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Female candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales or financial services are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tele-Sales and Target Achievement:
    • Promote and sell loans and financial products to potential and existing customers through phone calls.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
    • Upsell and cross-sell financial products to maximize client engagement.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Reporting and Follow-Up:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and sales performance reports to the management team.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and support teams to improve customer service and drive sales.
    • Share market insights and feedback to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements:

    • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
    • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of loans, financial services, and CRM tools.
