Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Virtual Relationship Executive to join our team. This role focuses on tele-sales of loans and financial services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Tele-Sales and Target Achievement:
- Promote and sell loans and financial products to potential and existing customers through phone calls.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products to maximize client engagement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting and Follow-Up:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and sales performance reports to the management team.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to improve customer service and drive sales.
- Share market insights and feedback to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements:
