The ideal candidate is an experienced paid media practitioner with a strong foundation in paid search and demonstrable experience in driving significant performance improvements. Experience in other channels, including social, native advertising, direct buys, display, and video, is highly valued.  

We’re seeking a data-driven and results-oriented individual with a proactive mindset. You should be eager to identify and pursue new growth opportunities, challenge the status quo, and continually optimize our core ad campaigns. We want someone with the intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and tactics, the drive to fight for their ideas, and the humility to embrace feedback and collaborate effectively.

The Impact You Will Make

The Internet Brands division within Clearlink helps millions of people find and compare the best products for their needs. We’ve experienced significant growth in recent years, and we’re adding a paid media rock star to the mix. You will contribute to over $25 million in media spend while working closely with our team of expert PPCs, SEOs, designers, and marketing aficionados. We’re no agency - we own and operate our Internet Brand sites. See the impact of your work by growing industry-leading, in-house brands with measurable results.  

What You Bring

  • At least two (2) years of experience handling paid media campaigns
  • Google Ads Search Certification
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset
  • A balance of technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive approach to learning and exploring in a constantly evolving field, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, while also contributing to the growth and development of those around you

Interviewing at Clearlink

  • Once your application is submitted, we will review it and be in touch
  • 30-min phone call with the Recruiting Team
  • 30-min - 1 hour interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 30-min - 1 hour interview with a Clearlink Panel

Some interview processes can vary, depending on the role. Your recruiter will give you a role-specific interview process during your first phone call.
