Your Role as Day Time Sales Assistant

At COBS Bread, we celebrate fresh. Our Day Time Sales Assistants are experts in freshness, and in providing our customers with an exceptional in-bakery experience. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to share their passion for our delicious baked goods with our valued customers. Previous experience is not necessary, only a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Collaborate with a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with our loyal clientele
• Manage product merchandising and implement marketing initiatives
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery while also participating in production tasks as needed (No worries - you'll receive training on baking!)

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking are essential for this role
• Frequent use of both hands is necessary
• Regular lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg; reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning involved
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, along with pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level
