Business Development Representative Part-Time (AU Architecture & Design, WFH)

Salary: P375-P425/hour

Schedule: 3x/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday) (09:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing position
• Experience with engaging C-Suite Decision Makers
• Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Appointment Setting Experience
• Inbound/Outbound calls experience

Nice to Have:

• AU Experience
• Construction Experience

What will you do?

• Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals
• Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media
• Maintaining and growing existing leads
• Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Preparing commercial and pricing documents
• Providing prompt responses to all customers
• Promoting the company products and services
• Inbound and Outbound calling
• Lead Generation
• Appointment Setting
