What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound sales role.
- Experience using lead generation software to identify high-quality leads and track outreach performance.
- Self-starter mindset – ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple leads and outreach campaigns simultaneously.

What will you do?
- Research and identify potential partners in the travel industry, using a combination of self-sourced leads and provided lists.
- Conduct strategic outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to engage potential partners.
- Utilize lead generation software (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Kajabi) to source high-quality leads and track outreach efforts.
- Appointment Setting & Sales Development
- Book meetings for the founder with key decision-makers within international tourism offices, car rentals, OTAs, relocation service companies, travel publishers, insurance providers, and self-drive tour operators in Europe.
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring that outreach efforts are targeted toward high-potential opportunities.
- Identify and connect with the right decision-makers, leveraging data from lead generation tools and industry research.
- Pipeline Management & Strategy
- Track and manage outreach efforts using CRM tools, ensuring a structured and organized sales pipeline.
- Analyze lead gen KPIs to refine targeting strategies and maximize results.
- Work closely with the founder to refine messaging, iterate outreach strategies, and improve overall engagement efforts.
- Relationship-Building & Emotional Intelligence
- Approach conversations with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), navigating objections, concerns, and relationship dynamics effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners to increase engagement and deal conversion rates.
- Adapt communication styles to resonate with different stakeholders and business cultures.
