IT Project Coordinator (AU IT Solutions, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or technology projects.
  • Strong ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and provide updates using Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing multiple IT projects using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Planner, and SharePoint.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
  • Understanding of IT systems and software development processes. Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and cloud-based solutions, along with an understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and project teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, issues, and obstacles that could affect project timelines or budgets, working with the team to develop solutions.
  • Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved.
  • Track project budgets and resources, ensuring that all expenditures align with project budgets and that any deviations are addressed promptly.
  • Work closely with the project manager and other team members to develop and refine project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Ensure that project documentation is maintained, up to date, and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
  • Provide support and coordination for resource allocation and assist with the management of project timelines and deliverables.
