Salary: P250 - P350 per hour

What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Excellent English Communication (Written & Spoken) – Ability to handle client interactions, draft legal correspondences, and communicate professionally.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills – Efficiently manage scheduling, document organization, and case management to ensure smooth operations.
- Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in legal documents, invoices, court filings, and client records.
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, cloud storage (Dropbox, OneDrive), and case management systems (MyCase.com preferred).
- Customer Service & Client Relations – Ability to follow up on leads, answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide professional support to clients.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Case Management Systems – Familiarity with MyCase.com or similar legal software for organizing case files and managing client records.
- Background in Real Estate or Litigation – Knowledge of business transactions, real estate law, or litigation processes is a plus but not required.
- Sales or Marketing Experience – Previous experience in client follow-ups, lead management, or handling consultations can be beneficial for customer interactions.
What will you do?
- Client Communication & Customer Service – Follow up on leads via phone and email, answer calls, schedule meetings, and conduct intake interviews.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management – Manage appointments, follow-up calls, and deadlines, ensuring all schedules are updated.
- File Organization & Document Handling – Label, sort, and maintain electronic case files in cloud storage (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and case management systems (MyCase.com).
- Drafting & Correspondence – Prepare administrative letters, legal agreements, and court-related documents for approval.
- Billing & Payments – Generate and send invoices, follow up on payments, and report delinquent accounts.
- Court Filings & Document Service – E-file court documents, serve legal papers via email or courier, and coordinate document deliveries.
- Legal Research & Data Entry – Assist in gathering relevant information, updating case records, and maintaining organized client databases.
- Maintain Confidentiality & Compliance – Handle sensitive legal documents and client information with professionalism and discretion.
