Settlements Officer (AU Mortgage, WFH)

Salary: 40,000-P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3-4 years relevant work experience with a financial brokering firm
• Mortgage Settlement experience
• Demonstrate ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is vital
• Strong team player

What will you do?

• Verify unconditional approval matches client file.
• Follow up receipt of loan documents ensuring delivered in a timely manner.
• Upon receipt of loan documents check & prepare loan documents for signing
• Schedule client appointment for sign up.
• Facilitate sign up appointments with client and broker.
• Check all documents once signed & return them to the lender.
• Liaise with settlement agents to book in settlement.
• Ensure all parties are clear on settlements instructions (including shortfall/surplus/internet banking)
• Notify/congratulate client (and referrer) on day of settlement.
• Contact clients within 2 weeks to ensure they are ready for their first mortgage repayment.
• Follow up client 2 months after settlement to ensure client is happy with mortgage & offer any other services, we may provide.
• File completion
