About the Role:

 

We’re looking for a world-class marketer to drive marketing strategies tailored to key accounts. This role partners closely with our content, sales, and CS teams to drive leads and pipeline, enhance brand visibility, and amplify the Consensus message within target accounts and customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practice and proven experience engaging key accounts in both new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for strategic accounts, aligning with the sales team to ensure targeted and cohesive strategies.


      Own ABM initiatives start to finish, work cross functionally to ensure alignment and take advantage of efficiencies but also roll up your sleeves and execute on email nurtures, outreach cadences, custom content, etc for target accounts.

      Collaborate with the sales team and sales leadership to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and critical influencers.

      Ensure efficient content creation by working with the Content and Buyer Enablement teams to customize marketing content for various platforms, such as email campaigns, webinars, events, and digital advertising.

      Work with RevOps to build dashboards to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights and using benchmarks and historical data to pivot strategies as needed.

      Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on ABM initiatives.

      Deliver creative compelling messaging and campaigns to target accounts including.

      Stay updated with the latest ABM tools, technologies, and trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

      Guide Marketing’s use of intent data to ensure the highest and best use of the platform.

      Comfortable using AI to scale efforts and increase productivity.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

      5+ years of proven experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.

      Proven track record of creating and executing successful account-based marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

      Experience implementing and running 6Sense or other Account-Based Marketing software.

      Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

      Creative thinker and strategic mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and see them through to successful execution.

      A passion for driving measurable impact, testing and learning and using data to boost performance.

      Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

      Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

      You are known as a strong communicator, a joy to work with and you like to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must!)

$120,000 - $135,000 a year
Compensation is anticipated to be between $120,000 - $135,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
