JOB DETAILS

Starting Base Salary: $21.50 per hour


Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday (weekends based on business need)

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fabricator Specialist is responsible for breaking down and repairing process goods carts, with a primary focus on woodworking tasks such as using table saws, band saws, and hand tools. While occasional simple welding may be required, the core of this role involves fabrication work. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with measuring tools, and solid mathematical skills. This position requires someone who can operate a variety of machines and tools, with welding skills being a plus but not the primary function.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency with power hand tools and woodworking equipment
  • Mechanical and mathematical skills, including familiarity with basic measuring instruments
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in welding or a valid welding certification
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Experience with woodworking and machinery operation (table saws, band saws, drill presses, etc.)
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CWB and AWS welding certification as needed
