Creative Insurance Concepts, Inc. doing business in California as Creative Bonding and Insurance Solutions (CBIS) is a bi-coastal insurance agency and risk management consulting firm, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

 

CIC is licensed in 10 states. If you are a licensed insurance agent, and have had previous experience selling personal lines, or commercial insurance, we’d like to hear from you.

 

We’re expanding our market in several states, and we’d like you to be a part of our team. Work your own hours, at your own pace using your smart phone, computer, or electronic device(s).

 

Insurance Agent:

 

The Agent will attend outreach events, pre-bid proposals, workshops, and other networking events. Specialist will secure business cards from prospective clients and create an Excel database for the insurance agents. 100% commissioned based compensation.

 

Requirements:

Property & Casualty License MUST be up-to-date and active in one of our 10 licensed states.

 

Must have your own properly licensed, and insured vehicle, a cell phone, and access to the Internet. Applicant must present a professional appearance and dress in professional attire.

 

·         Must be outgoing and have good networking skills.

 

·         Must have a clean criminal background.

 

·         Candidates must have at least one year of insurance agent sales experience.

 

·         Must be Microsoft proficient, navigate freely on the Internet, and possess strong work ethics.

 

·         Some college preferred but not required.

 

·         Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
