We seek a driven, energetic, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, to join our Channel Marketing team as a Channel Marketing Manager. This role will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, and optimizing in-store and digital retail experiences to drive brand awareness and sales growth in select key retailers. The ideal candidate can multi-task and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role will take ownership to understand consumer and retailer needs, opportunities, and then develop, execute and analyze performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omni-channel initiatives
Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing, to tailor marketing efforts per retailer
Manage and implement product launch support, ensuring timely execution of marketing assets, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy
Own weekly reporting of retailer sell-through and marketing executions.
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree is required (communications or marketing major preferred)
2-5 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or electronics industry.
Keen understanding of consumer products as well as emerging consumer technologies
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-directed, problem-solver
Excellent project management skills
