Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate/Sales Support that is eager to learn and develop their career in sales. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with US and International Account Teams with a primary focus on supporting Canada, LATAM, and US Club Retailers to support all customer facing requirements and initiatives. You will promote win-win relationships with the most extraordinary partners in the DIY craft industry. The Sales Support role will be expected to manage multiple projects at once and adhere to strict internal and customer deadlines. The individual will also work cross-functionally to execute various tasks to support growth within the accounts being supported.

The Sales Associate/Sales Support is a critical, sometimes customer/retailer-facing role within the company. It provides support to the VP of Sales, Sales Directors, Key Account Managers, and select cross-functional team members. The Sales Associate/Sales Support functions as the key liaison between the Sales team and various other departments within Cricut (e.g. Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Member Care, etc.). This role has a lot of responsibility across a broad panel of business areas and thus is a great opportunity to learn and grow with meaningful hands-on experience.

This position is on-site at the Cricut US headquarters in South Jordan, Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally with different business segments within the organization, including but not limited to product management, channel marketing, operations, pricing, fulfillment, etc.
  • Experience in channel operations and logistics, including but not limited to product order fulfillment, shipping inquiries, and operations related issues. Experience with distributors such as TD SYNNEX and INGRAM is an asset.
  • Deeply understand Cricut products and effectively provide features, benefits and recommendations during product lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks while completing them with the highest quality. Collaborate on projects, including but not limited to, product launches, order execution, and shipping product samples.
  • Support customer onboarding including, but not limited to creating SKUs, provide supplemental product information, new customer information and keeping cross-functional Cricut® teams informed.
  • Participate professionally in customer and internal meetings.
  • Experience in SAP, Salsify, and Salesforce a must, knowledgeable on domestic and international couriers an asset.
  • Experience in supporting international markets such as Canada and LATAM is also an asset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the crafting, creative or technology markets. Experience in retail, club, and distribution markets will also be considered.
  • Excellent project management, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, with tight timelines, and able to deliver at the highest quality.
  • Must possess ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to work hard
  • Energetic, self-starter. Gets stuff done without being a jerk. Is a player, not a victim. Acts like an owner.
  • Retail planogram experience is a plus.
  • Ability to find direction amidst chaos and multi-task like a boss.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pro-active, problem-solving nature.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
