Position Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help coordinate vehicle repairs, provide updates, and work closely with customers to ensure their experience is smooth, transparent, and supportive.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Interaction: Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, addressing any questions or concerns about their vehicle repair needs.
· Repair Coordination: Schedule repair appointments, coordinate with rental vehicle providers, and ensure that all logistics are handled smoothly.
· Status Updates: Keep customers informed about their vehicle repair status with regular updates, so they feel confident and informed throughout the process.
· Insurance Liaison: Act as the intermediary between our customers and their insurance companies, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and documentation is accurate.
· Payment Coordination: Manage customer payments, including balancing accounts and ensuring timely processing.
· Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members.
· Organizational Excellence: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and stay calm under pressure.
· Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is essential. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling software and basic record-keeping tools is a plus.
· Team Player: We’re a close-knit team that values positivity, initiative, and attention to detail.
