Customs4trade is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing multi-functional team. As Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will work with brilliant people committed to come up with new ideas, solve issues and actively look for opportunities to improve.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from different channels (marketing, events, outbound, partners) into sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold prospecting
- Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact until you qualify the business opportunity to be ready for Sales
- Present our company to potential clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team on pipeline generation and report to your line manager on a weekly basis
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Handle objections
- Share your insights captured from customers with the internal teams
- Participate in trade fairs/conferences in Belgium and abroad
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a SDR or similar role
- Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing and an additional proficiency in Dutch or French
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and intro demo’s
- Experience with structured reporting tools
- The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
