What You Will Do- Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team;
- Oversee day-to-day operations;
- Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
- Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

- Proactivity & doer's mindset;
- Flexibility to work from 10:00 till 19:00 most of the time and being flexible to come earlier or later when needed (e.x. spending the whole shift with the team from time to time);
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- To be located in Vilnius.
