• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business success.
• Design and execute HR projects to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, including recognition initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops.
• Design and implement performance management programs, integrating seniority levels to define clear goals, feedback, and growth pathways aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Assist managers in handling team-related matters, resolving workplace issues, and providing HR policy guidance.
• Create an employee experience worth sharing.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role, ideally within the customer support or service industry.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development principles.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
• Empathetic skills — the ability to deal with different concerns and listen to people is highly valued here;
• Problem-solving and strong organizational skills;
• Friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
