We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Coordinator with a functional focus to join our team for a 2-year global IT project with potential for extension. This role involves coordinating between local and global resources, ensuring smooth project planning and execution while acting as an interface among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the IT Project Manager, and global teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between global project teams and local resources.
- Oversee project coordination activities, including documentation, resource alignment, and scheduling.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards through effective planning and documentation.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, plans, and process flows.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities related to the project, focusing on functional understanding and requirements.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong functional understanding of IT systems with basic technical comprehension to coordinate between teams.
- Coordination or junior project management experience in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English.
- Must be able to work onsite in Ljubljana 60% of the time.
- Must provide a clear Criminal record not older than 3 months prior to the start date.
